LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

1. 244 Hillspoint Road: ZBA Appl. #7103 by Louis Fusco for property owned by Craig Steinke for a variance to Sec 14-6 (Coverage), Sec 14-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 6-2.1 (Non Conforming Building), for spa, patio, spa equipment, A/C units, outdoor shower over coverage and in setbacks in a Res B zone, PID #E04020000

2. 2 Heron Lake Lane: ZBA Appl. #7104 by James Hines for property owned by Doug Colasurdo for a variance to Sec 12-4 (Setbacks), to legalize corner of garage in setbacks in a Res AAA zone, PID #A13031000.

3. 18 Norwalk Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7108 by Michael J and Meryl E. Kaplan for property owned by Michael J. and Meryl E. Kaplan for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3 (Non Conforming Lot), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.1 (Expansion, Extension or Alteration), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), for a new single family dwelling to meet FEMA Regulations in a Res A zone, PID #D03133000.

4. 9 Danbury Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7110 by Daniel Kahn for property owned by Daniel Kahn for a variance to Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 6-3.3 (Non Conforming Height), to raise previously approved addition, ZBA #7080, one foot in a Res A zone, PID #D03122000.

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
