1. Approval of March 5, 2020 meeting minutes

Review and comment on proposed Text Amendment #793 to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Application #PZ-21-00226 by Land Tech to modify Section 5-2 and 11-2.4.2 of the Zoning Regulations to add a definition of Sports Court and to exclude sports courts up to 1,600 sq. ft and swimming pools up to 850 sq.ft. exempt from total coverage computations.
