NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT SPECIAL MEETING

WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY 

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectman, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, by unanimous vote at its Special Meeting held on May 14, 2021 POSTPONED discussion of its agenda until May 18, 2021.

Notice is further given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, has scheduled a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 7:00 PM.  Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there is no physical location for this meeting. It will be held electronically (link below).

The sole purpose of this Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, shall be to POSTPONE discussion of the following until a date to be determined.  It will not be televised, nor will public comment be taken before or during this meeting. Acceptance of public comments will be deferred to the rescheduled date.

To take such action as the meeting may determine to review and approve the Application of Summit Saugatuck, LLC for Extension of Private Sewer from Davenport Lane to Hiawatha Lane Extension, Allocation of Sewer Capacity, and Conditional Approval to Connect Residential Development.  TO BE POSTPONED
