LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

1. 15 Lone Pine Lane: ZBA Appl. #7092 by Paul and Laura Luther for property owned by Paul and Laura Luther for a variance to Sec 6-2.1.7 (Non Conforming Building and Structures), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec. 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), for a second floor expansion over coverage and in the setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID #D11133000.

2. 223 Hillspoint Road: ZBA Appl. #7089 by Barr Associates, LLC and John Kevin Huelster for property owned by Peter T. and Katherine M. Cooper for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 14-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 14-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.1.1 (No non-conforming building or structure shall be relocated on the lot), Sec 6-2.1.2 (No non conforming building coverage shall be transferred to another location on the lot), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be in accordance with these regulations), Sec 6-2.1.7 (Non Conforming Setbacks), to restore and rebuild and to meet FEMA requirements for non conforming cottage in setbacks and over coverage in a Res B zone, PID #E04103000.

3. 25 Cockenoe Drive: ZBA Appl. #7094 by Jill O’Shea for property owned by Howard and Sharon Lipper for a variance to Sec 6-1.2 ( Non Conforming Building), Sec 6-2.1 (Expansion, Extension or Alteration of Non Conforming Building), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-2 ( Non Conforming Building), Sec 6-3 (Non Conforming Height), Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 13-6 (Coverage) to raise house to meet FEMA regulations, and renovation and expansion for height, over coverage and in setbacks in a Res A zone, PID #B01077000.

4. 5 Hillandale Lane: ZBA Appl. #7095 by Diarmuid Hogan for property owned by Diarmuid Hogan and Howley Mairead for a variance to Sec 13-6 (Coverage), for legalization of driveway over total coverage in a Res A/AA zone, PID #G08034000.


5. 22 Burr Farms Road: ZBA Appl. #7096 by Richard and Lisa Jeanneret for property owned by Richard and Lisa Jeanneret for a variance to Sec 12-4 (Setbacks), to legalize A/C units, fire pit and patio in the setbacks in a Res AA zone, PID #F10055000.


6. 245 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7097 by Saugatuck Congregational Church, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Saugatuck Congregational Church for a variance to Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 13-6 (Coverage) to repair and reconstruct church over coverage and over allowable height in a Res A zone, PID #D09138000.

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
