LEGAL NOTICE & AGENDA
Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there is no physical location for this meeting. It will be held electronically via Zoom. Meeting materials will be available at westportct.gov along with the meeting notice posted on the Meeting List & Calendar page.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen and Bond Committee of the Town of Westport will hold a special public hearing on Wednesday April 21, 2021 at 11:15 a.m. remotely for the following purpose:
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the sale of $10,830,000 General Obligation Bonds, Issue of 2021, Series A, dated May 5, 2021 and principal due annually May 1, 2022 through May 1, 2041.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the sale of $11,815,000 (subject to change) General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Issue of 2021, Series B.
