Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 7, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 359 Greens Farms Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8780-11 by Signature Pool on behalf of R.B. Benson Co. for an inground swimming pool, fence, patio and mechanicals.
2. 22 Vineyard Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8783-11 by W. David DeVoll for a bump out of an office onto the deck area, expand the garage wall 5 feet toward the front and add a new deck.
3. 27 Woody Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8784-11 by Clemens Sigfani on behalf of Heidi Tonsberg for a bay window addition.
4. 76 Bulkley Avenue North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8785-11 by Mousumi Bhattachrya for an addition to the second floor within the existing footprint, interior renovations, a new entry and deck.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
