Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing to be followed by a work session at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 in Town Hall Room 102 for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
1. To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.
2. To approve the minutes of the October 9, 2012 public hearing.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for proposed exterior dormer modifications at 30 Evergreen Avenue located in the Evergreen Avenue Historic District.
4. To review and comment on proposed Text Amendment #652/P&Z Appl. #12-044, to modify various Sections of the
Zoning Regulations including §11-2.3.12, §11-2.4.5, §32-18.5(d) to allow Guest House/Tourist Home establishments.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 43 Westfair Drive
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 40 Bauer Place Ext.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 11 Silver Brook Road.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 3 Over Rock Lane.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 143 Old Road.
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 15 Webb Road.
11. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 15 Hermit Lane.
WORK SESSION
12. To review possible exterior modifications at 1 Wilton Road c. 1830 located in the National Hall Historic
Design District.
13. To appoint a committee to nominate a slate of HDC officers for upcoming 2013 election.
