Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 12, 2021 the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

 

  1. GRANTED: 135 Hillandale Road: Application #ZBA-21-00435 by Nathaniel and Hrefna Martin for property owned by Nathaniel and Hrefna Martin for variance of the Zoning Regulations: §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage), for construction of an attached 2-story garage over allowable Building and Total Coverage and authorization of driveway expansion over allowable total coverage, located in Residence A/AA district, PID #G08039000.
  2. Granted: 33 Ferry Lane East: Application #ZBA-21-00515 by John P. Franzen for property owned by Alan & Iliza Weitzer for variance of the Zoning Regulations: §12-6 (Total Coverage for Residence AA Zone), and §6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming new construction) to build a new front entryway and authorize excess coverage by removing a portion of the decks and driveway over total coverage, located in Residence AA district, PID# C05044000.
  3.   5.   6. GRANTED in PART/DENIED in PART: 51 Old Hill Road: Application # ZBA-21-00629 by William Achilles, Achilles Architects, for property owned by Adelina J. Lee for variance of the Zoning Regulation: §12-6 (Total Coverage for Residence AA Zone), for the authorization of existing driveway expansion was DENIED and pool cabana, elevated patio with trellis, and shed with deck over total coverage was APPROVED, located in the Residence AA district, PID# B11011000.
