The Board of Finance will hold its Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 8:00 P.M. in the Auditorium of Town Hall. The following items, and any others properly presented before the Board, will be considered:

AGENDA

APPOINTMENT OF NEW MEMBER

1. Pursuant to § C38-3. Vacancies of the Town of Westport Charter, the Board will vote on a candidate to fill a vacancy on the Board of Finance for the unexpired portion of the term.

APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 2010-2011 BUDGET

2. A request by the Public Works Director for an appropriation of $300,000 to the Capital and Nonrecurring Expenditure Fund (C&NEF) Account (Richmondville Ave Culvert Construction) for the construction phase of culvert replacement on Richmondville Avenue as described in the Willow Brook Stream Improvement Project.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

3. Approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the January 5, 2011 regular meeting.
