Board of Selectwomen Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent to selectwoman@westportct.gov prior to the meeting. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items (subject to revision):
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s meeting of December 8, 2021.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Third Amendment to Lease by and between the Town of Westport and Longshore Hospitality, LLC, dated January 1, 2007, as amended November 4, 2020 and January 27, 2021, to provide for a three month extension of the current interim rent arrangement adopted in response to COVID-19 for the Town-owned property known as Inn at Longshore.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Lease Agreement between the Town of Westport and Homes With Hope, Inc. for Town-owned property located at 124 Compo Road North, known as “Susie’s House” and operated by Project Return.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Amendment to Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and Liberation Programs, Inc., dated November 18, 2020, so that the Town will pay to engage the Counselor (as defined in the Agreement) to be Co-Advisor to the Staples High School Teen Awareness Group (“TAG”).
- Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 6 Church Street North contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of December 13, 2021.
