Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be live streamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent to selectwoman@westportct.gov prior to the meeting. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items (subject to revision):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s meeting of November 10, 2021.

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Resolution that Jennifer S. Tooker, First Selectwoman of the Town of Westport, is empowered to execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of the Town of Westport, a certain contract with the State of Connecticut, Department of Economic and Community Development, and to affix the Town Seal, if any.

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Assistance Agreement by and between the State of Connecticut acting by the Department of Economic and Community Development and the Town of Westport as it relates to the Certified Local Government Historic Preservation Enhancement Grant Application for the project entitled Updated Historic Resources Inventory.

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Second Amendment to the Sludge Management Contract between J&M Transfer and the Town of Westport, dated October 13, 2017, as amended July 16, 2020.

    

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Amendment to the Retirement Plan Investment Consulting Agreement between the Town of Westport and Fiduciant Advisors, LLC (formerly known as DiMeo Schneider & Associates LLC as successor to Fiduciary Investment Advisors LLC), dated March 2, 2017.

6.         Acting in its capacity as the Local Traffic Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine to review the Traffic Assessment, 1076 Post Road East, dated June 2021, as prepared by Langan, (https://clients.langan.com/Sharing/filesharing/ViewPosted?transactionHash=-1808864467) and the subsequent Memorandum with responses to the requests for additional information, dated November 19, 2021, to provide concurrence that the proposed redevelopment at the property known as 1076 Post Road East will have no significant traffic impact to the state highway system; and further, to authorize Jennifer S. Tooker, as Chair of the LTA, to notify the State of Connecticut OSTA of its concurrence with the assessment.
