Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be live streamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent to selectman@westportct.gov prior to the meeting. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items (subject to revision):
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s meeting of October 27, 2021 and the Minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s meeting of October 27, 2021.
- Acting in its capacity as the Local Traffic Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine to review the Traffic Assessment, 1076 Post Road East, dated June 2021, as prepared by Langan, (https://clients.langan.com/Sharing/filesharing/ViewPosted?transactionHash=-1808864467) and to provide concurrence that the proposed redevelopment at the property known as 1076 Post Road East will have no significant traffic impact the local highway system; and further, to authorize James S. Marpe, as Chair of the LTA, to notify the State of Connecticut OSTA of its concurrence with the assessment.
- Acting in its capacity as the Local Traffic Authority, to approve the temporary closure of the Town owned roadway known as Church Lane until November 24, 2021.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the award of contract, Bid #21-025T, Exterior Signage, Coleytown Middle School Renovation Project, in the amount of $38,675.00 to qualified bidder, ABC Sign Corporation.
