Notice & Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be live streamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent to selectman@westportct.gov prior to the meeting. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items (subject to revision):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s meeting of October 13, 2021.

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Resolution that James S. Marpe, First Selectman of the Town of Westport, is empowered to execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of the Town of Westport, a certain contract with the State of Connecticut, Department of Economic and Community Development, and to affix the Town Seal, as it relates to the Supplemental Certified Local Government Historic Preservation Enhancement Grant Application for the establishment of a Preservation Plan.

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine upon the request of the Parks & Recreation Director, to adopt the Town of Westport Parks & Recreation Department Financial Sustainability Policy.

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine upon the request of the Director of Information Technology, to approve the Subscription Terms and Conditions between the Town of Westport and Acreto Cloud Corp. as it relates to a hosted software-defined security and connectivity gateway.

    

5. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 16 Prospect Road contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of October 15, 2021.

    

    

6. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 12 Sunrise Road contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of October 15, 2021.
