NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 27, 2021 the Westport Historic District Commission took the following action:

APPROVED: Certificate of Appropriateness application dated December 21, 2020 to build a federal farm style home at 120 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Local Historic and the Kings Highway North National District, under the following conditions:

• Windows shall be all wood
• The HDC recommends that the garage dormers be adjusted to a more balanced composition

The above item is available on-line the Town of Westport website at www.westportct.gov, on the Town Calendar web page under January 27, 2021.
