Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at 4 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of Dec. 15, 2010; approve minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s special public hearing of Dec. 22, 2010; and to approve the minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of Dec. 15, 2010.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of Westport and Operation Fuel, Inc. as relates to the 2010-2011 administration of the Operation Fuel’s energy assistance programs.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a waiver of the Westport Policy on Encroachments on Town Property for property located at 226 North Avenue, contingent upon compliance with Public Works Director’s correspondence of Dec. 21, 2010.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the award of a three-year contact to M&M Tennis Court Co., Inc. for the reconditioning of the Longshore Tennis Courts.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve fees for a non-resident care-giver pass as recommended by the Parks & Recreation Commission and as follows:

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve fee increases for summer programs as recommended by the Parks & Recreation Commission and as follows:

7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Complus Data Innovations, Inc. as relates to the processing of railroad parking tickets using the FastTrack Parking Ticket Management System.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Traffic Authority, to approve the use of certain town-owned roadways for the Annual Bloomin Metric bike event to be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011, contingent upon compliance with comments from town departments and Procedures for Granting Special Permission to Use Town-owned Property and/or Roads.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Traffic Authority, to approve the use of certain town-owned roadways for a triathlon (bicycle portion only) by Targetraining to benefit Sloan Kettering for Cancer Research to be held on Sunday, June 19, 2011, contingent upon compliance with comments from town departments and Procedures for Granting Special Permission to Use Town-owned Property and/or Roads.
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine and at the request of the Planning & Zoning Department to review and comment on Map Amendment #622, P&Z Application #10-054, Town Plan Map Amendment to Change 0 Cottage Lane (PID#H09017000) and 0 Cottage Lane (PID#H09018000) from Moderate Residential Density to General Business/Business Center.
