Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:

1. Approval of October 3, 2012 meeting minutes.
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
   1. Review of recreational program materials for 2013
5. New Business
   1. Review of Vendor Agreement for Eric Johnson of Westport Outfitters for 2013 recreational season.
   2. Review of the  2012 Guide to Shellfishing Along the Coast of Connecticut.
6. Old Business
   1. Discussion of the Aspetuck Land Trust’s proposal for phragmite removal in the downtown area of the Saugatuck River.
7. Other Business:
   1. Agriculture Viability Grant Application
   2. Southwest Conservation District Award to Norm Bloom
