2. 278 Post Road East

   To review and comment on the proposed free-standing signage at 278 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09//128/000) submitted by Sign Design and JC Awning for property owned by 278 Post Road E Westport LLC located in the Business Preservation District and Residential A zones. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

3. 877 Post Road East

   To review and comment on the proposed expansion of the second floor rear parking lot at 877 Post Road East (Parcel ID# F09//071/000) submitted by Bill Achilles for property owned by 877 PRE LLC located in the General Business District and Residential A zones. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

4. 1076 Post Road East

   To review and comment on the proposed façade alterations at 1076 Post Road East (Parcel ID# F09//050/000) submitted by Rick Hoag for property owned by Post Plaza LLC located in the Highway Service District zone**. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

5. 276 Post Road West

To review and comment on the proposed free-standing signage at 276 Post Road West (Parcel ID# B08//042/000) submitted by Chris Peters for property owned by GA Family 276 Westport LLC located in the Corporate Park District zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, the Notice and Agenda and application materials for Architectural Review Board hearing on August 6, 2020 cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
