PRE-APPLICATION MEETING 

A pre-application meeting of the Historic District Commission will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 6:00 pm to review potential plans for the Maplewood Senior Living Facility located at 38 Kings Highway North and 174 Post Road West, located in the Kings Highway North Local Historic District, and 170, 172, and 176 Post Road West. 

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there is no physical location for this meeting. It will be held electronically.

The public is welcome to attend the pre-application meeting, but public comment will not be received.  A copy of the applications and Historic District Commission agenda for the hearing on June 9, 2020 is available on-line at www.westportct.gov, on the Town Calendar web page under June 9, 2020. Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, the pre-application notice and associated application materials for the Historic District Commission pre-application meeting on June 9, 2020 cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Westport Historic District Commission Office at this time.
