Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there will be no physical location for this meeting. This meeting will be held electronically. Members of the public may use the meeting instructions below to attend the meeting as it will not be streaming live on the Town’s website and not available for viewing on public access television. As this is a Work Session, there will be no public comment.  The meeting will be available for future viewing in the archived meeting section of the Town’s website.  Meeting materials are available on the Town’s website on the Planning and Zoning Department web page under “P&Z Pending Applications & Recent Approvals,” here.

1. Discussion of §32-20, Special Requirements for Outdoor Eating Areas


A copy of the Legal Notice/ Agenda for the Planning & Zoning Commission Special Meeting on May 11, 2020 is available on-line at www.westportct.gov, on the Planning and Zoning Department web page under “Planning & Zoning Department” here.   Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order #7I, the the Legal Notice/ Agenda for the Planning & Zoning Commission Special Meeting on May 11, 2020  cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Westport Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
