THREAT TO UN SYSTEM BY POTENTIAL U.S. WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDING Update on action under consideration by president and Congress and discussion of response.
At this time, it appears any action to reduce UN Funding has been postponed in Washington. We will continue to keep you posted on any new developments in Washington and what can be done to address them.

3. Possible UNA Book Award -- Weston High School- Discussion.
4. jUNe Day, June 24, 2017 -- Initial planning and discussion.
Most of our discussion will focus on jUNE Day, our main event in 2017. Items 1, 2 and 3 can be addressed quickly, leaving most of our time for review of plans for June 24.
We also need to consider ways to increase membership and participation in our activities throughout the year. New ideas are welcome, and I hope to hear your thoughts at the meeting or by phone or email.
