Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 10, 2012, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
APPROVED: 51 Main Street, (aka 35 Main Street) Appl. #12-028 by Andreas Stresemann, Granoff Architects for property owned by Winwest 3351 Main, LLP for a Site Plan approval for renovation of store front in a BCD zone, PID #C09137000. APPROVED: 11 Great Marsh Road, Appl. #12-031 by David Korus for property owned by Matthew Kamens, Trustee, for a CAM Site Plan approval for excavation and fill in a Res AA zone, PID #B03009000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
