GRANTED: 2-8 Post Road West, Appl. #13-032 by COE Development LLC for property owned by NatHall 28PR LLC, for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a change of use for a restaurant in a portion of ground floor in a HDD zone, PID #C09117000 and C0911600. APPROVED: 68 Harbor Road, Appl. #13-027 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Joshua Newman for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02087000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
