Notice of Meeting and Agenda
There will be a joint meeting of the RTM Long Range Planning Committee and the RTM Planning and Zoning Committee on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
The meeting will commence at 6:30 p.m. and move to Room 201 at 7:30 p.m.
for a continuation of discussions.
The agenda for the meeting is:
1. Presentation by Jonathan Rose, CEO of Jonathan Rose Companies, and
David Freshwater, CEO of Watermark Retirement Communities, of the
status of the project to develop senior housing on the Baron's South property.
2. Questions and comments from RTM members and the public.
