LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:


25 Kings Highway South: Appl. #13-037 by Birchwood Country Club, Inc for property owned by Birchwood country Club, Inc for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a new maintenance facility and basketball court in a AA zone, PID #B07044000.
174 Long Lots Road: Appl. #13-045 by The Fairfield County Hunt Club, Inc. c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by The Fairfield County Hunt Club, Inc for a Special Permit & Site Plan approval for renovations and addition to the existing clubhouse in a Res AAA zone, PID #H11066000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
