Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:


1 Hillandale Lane & 10 Hilltop Trail: 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer extension to service1 Hillandale Lane and 10 Hilltop Trail, Zone AA, PID #G08032000 and PID #G08027000.
0 Woodside Lane, (aka 10 Woodside Lane): Appl. #14-003 by Becky Newman, Earthplace Summer Camp Director for property owned by Nature Center For Environmental Activities Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan for legalization of an existing summer camp program, in a Res AA zone, PID #A11022000.
180 Post Road East/0 Bay Street: Appl. #14-005 by 180 Westport Partners, LLC c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for a CAM Site Plan for fa'ade renovations, parking lot reconfiguration and landscaping/streetscape improvements, in a BCD zone and RPOD zone PID #D09134000 and #D09007000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
