Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)



The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m. The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

Old Business

a) Amendment #668: Appl. #13-063 by Lawrence P. Weisman for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to amend '26-1.3 (Removal), to delete the words 'or Special Permit application' and to add the words ' and b) applications to amend previously approved Special Permits in a Design Development District, provided that such amendments shall not increase either existing lot coverage or existing building coverage by more than 20%, but in no event will the final coverage calculation be more than permitted in '26-2.7.'
