LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.


521 Riverside Avenue: Appl. #18-027 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by SRC Realty Group LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a shade structure over existing patio, for property located in a RORD #2, PID #B06039000.
9 Owenoke Park: Appl. #18-024 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by Bluewater Owenoke LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval to reconstruct a portion of existing seawall and replace existing access stairway, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03167000.
