LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday January 3, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.


25 Oak Ridge Park: Appl. #18-077 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Debra A. Kowalsky for a CAM Site Plan approval to install approximately 180 linear feet of pre-cast block bulkhead, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C07033000.
308 Greens Farms Road: Appl. #18-085 by Robert Pryor/LANDTECH for property owned by Jeffrey Swearinger and Getely Ross for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H07073000.
43 Compo Mill Cove: Appl. #18-086 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Douglas Eisenberg and Andrea Friedman for a CAM Site Plan approval to elevate existing house, construct a second story addition and a new two story addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04072000.

Public comments may be received during the Public Hearing and may be sent to the Planning and Zoning Commission at pandz@westportct.gov. The application files may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday -Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
