LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1. 4 Raymond Place: ZBA Appl. #7079 by Johanna and Peter Nardin for property owned by Johanna and Peter Nardin for a variance to Sec. 6-2.2 (Non conforming coverage), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (non conforming setbacks), Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), for an addition over coverage and in the setbacks in a Res A zone, PID #B07083000.
2. 14 Coleytown Road: ZBA Appl. #7085 by Samuel E. Gardner, Architect for property owned by Temple Israel for a variance to Sec 11-4 (Setbacks) for light poles in the setbacks in a Res AAA zone, PID #D16048000.
3. 36 Minute Man Hill: ZBA Appl. #7086 by Keith Stein for property owned by Keith Stein for a variance to Sec 6-.3.3 (Non conforming height), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be in accordance with these regulations), Sec 12-5 (Height), for an addition to existing third floor for number of stories in a Res AA zone, PID #D05005000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
