LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1. 29 Marine Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7066 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Frank and Lynn Saphire for a variance to Sec 6.2.1 (Non Conforming Building), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), for a new house in the setbacks and over coverage in a Res A zone, PID #B01075000.
2. 4 Plumtree Lane: ZBA Appl. #7068 by Ira and Catherine Galin for property owned by Ira and Catherine Galin for a variance to Sec 12-4 (setbacks), Sec 6-2 (Non Conforming Building), Sec 6-3 (Non Conforming Lot), for an addition in the setbacks, in a Res AA zone, PID #E11013000.
3. 3 Duck Pond Road: ZBA Appl. #7069 by David M. Grimes for property owned by David M. Grimes for a variance to Sec 12-4 (Setbacks), for a generator in side setback in a Res AA zone, PID #A03016000.
4. 18 Horseshoe Lane: ZBA Appl. #7070 by Christopher Barbuto for property owned by Christopher Barbuto for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), for a shed in the setbacks in a Res A zone, PID #C06122000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
