                                                         Town Hall Room 309

The First Selectman’s Real Property Committee will meet on Monday February 10, 2020 at 9:00 am in Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To discuss and make recommendations regarding the proposed lease of 90 Hillspoint Road.
2. To discuss town owned properties.

It is anticipated that the Committee will vote to go into executive session to discuss strategies for real estate negotiations.
