LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

1. 36 Edgewater Hillside: ZBA Appl #7027 by B. de Racey Gilbert for property owned by B. deRacey Gilbert, for a variance to Sec 13-6 (coverage), to retain portion of driveway that is over coverage, in a Res A zone, PID # E05079000.

2. 561 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7040 by Ken Nemeth, Terrain LLC, for property owned by CJ Curran LLC and WHK Inc, for a variance to Sec 33-8.4.1 (number of signs), Sec 33-8.4.2 (sign with address), Sec 33-8.4.5 (sign area), Sec 33-8.4.7 (sign setback), for signage in a RBD zone, PID #E0907000.

3. 51 Maple Avenue North: ZBA Appl. #7041 by Michele Knapp for property owned by Michele Knapp, for a variance to Sec 6-3 (non conforming lot), Sec 12-4 (setbacks), to add a shed dormer on front of existing house, in a Res AA zone, PID #H10021000.

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
