LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

1. 23 Hale Street: ZBA Appl. #7035 by Costel Mutescu for property owned by Costel Mutescu and Irian Acsinte for a variance to Sec 13-6 (coverage) and Sec 6-2.1 (non conforming lot), to replace existing front porch with covered deck and replace existing back deck with same size deck, in a Res A zone, PID# D06099000.

2. 39 West Parish Road: ZBA Appl. #7036 by Jonathan and Brittany Steel for property owned by Jonathan and Brittany Steel for a variance to Sec 12-6 (coverage), for a two story addition to rear of house, over coverage, in a Res AA zone, PID #F08043000.

3. 9 Roosevelt Road: ZBA Appl. #7037 by Patricia Mailhot Miller for property owned by 9 Roosevelt Rd LLC, Linda B. Feld, for a variance to Sec 6-2.2 (non conforming building), Sec 13-6 (coverage), for a new house in a Res A zone, PID #D03018000.

4. 70 Weston Road: ZBA Appl. #7038 by Robert Daley for property owned by John and Sara Shaw for a variance to Sec 11-4 (setbacks), for a new detached garage in setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID #C15028000.

5. 240 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7039 by David St.Amant/Webster Bank NA, for property owned by Colonial Green LLC, for a variance to Sec 24-6 (coverage), for the replacement of the existing canopy over coverage, in a GBD/RBD zone, PID #D09131000.

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
