 Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 7, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED:  1 Canning Lane, Appl. #11-007 by Kevin Pleiter for property owned by Kevin and Meredith Pleiter for an approval for excavation and fill in a Res A zone, PID #G09132000.
2. APPROVED:  35 Beachside Avenue, Appl. #11-010 by Greens Farms Academy c/o Sara Glidden for property owned by Greens Farms Academy for a Site Plan approval for location of a tent for an event on April 30, 2011 in a Res AAA zone, PID #H05001000.

The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
