LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

1. 35 Charcoal Hill Road: ZBA Appl #7029 by Robert Kelley for property owned by West Company Robert Kelley, for variance to Sec 11-4 (setbacks), legalize existing patio in setback, in Res AAA zone, PID # E16044000.

2. 9-15 Riverside Ave: ZBA Appl. #7030 by Lawrence Weisman for property owned by 41 Gault LP, for a variance to Sec 24-11 (parking) and Sec 34-5 (required parking) to change parking for change of use from one on one personal training to office use, in a Res AA zone, PID# F10035000.

3. 28 Clinton Ave: ZBA Appl. #7031 by AJ Grasso for property owned by Lisa Miceli for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (setbacks for non-conforming lot) and Sec 13-4 (setbacks) to raise roof of existing garage in setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID# C13038000.

4. 43 Compo Mill Cove: ZBA Appl. #7032 by Peter Wormser for property owned by Andrea Friedman and Doug Eisenberg for a variance to Sec 13-4 (setbacks), Sec 13-6 (coverage), Sec 6-2 (non conforming building), Sec 6-3 (non conforming lot), to raise existing house to conform with FEMA regulations and additions in setbacks and over coverage in a Res A zone, PID #E04072000.

5. 101-107 Post Road East, 36 Church Lane and 111 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7033 by Frederick Hoag, Architect, for property owned by WW 101-107 Post LLC, Red X Holding, LLC and BER Holding LLC for a variance to Sec 29A-4 (setbacks) for installation of a generator and compactor in the setbacks, in a BCD/H and RORD zone, PID #C09142000, PID #C10156000 and PID # C09143000.

6. 20 Ketchum Street: ZBA Appl. #7034 by Jim Donaher for property owned by Marsh Development for a variance to Sec 24A-4 (setbacks), for installation of a generator and to legalize A/C units in setbacks in a GBD/S zone, PID #B06084000.




At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
