Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, September 10th at 7:00pm for the following purposes:
I PUBLIC MEETING
- Commission to potentially vote to go into Executive Session
II EXECUTIVE SESSION
The executive session will be held by a separate electronic meeting that will not be open to the public.
- Discuss pending litigation: Cross Street LLC v. Westport Planning and Zoning Commission.
- Discuss pending litigation: Garden Homes Management, Corp. Et Al. v. Westport Planning and Zoning Commission.
A copy of the Legal Notice/ Agenda for the Planning & Zoning Commission Public Meeting on September 10, 2020 is available on-line at www.westportct.gov, on the Planning and Zoning Department web page under “Planning & Zoning Department”. Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order #7I, the Legal Notice/ Agenda for the Planning & Zoning Commission Public Meeting on September 10, 2020 cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Westport Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
