The Board of Finance will hold its Public Meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. with remote participation for the following purposes:
AGENDA
- To approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the July 8, 2020 Regular Meeting.
- Financial Report from the Finance Director. (Discussion Only)
- Coleytown Middle School Status Update from Sheri Gordon. (Discussion Only)
- Status Update from the Audit Manager. (Discussion Only)
- Upon the request of the Finance Director, to approve the attached carryover requests.
- Upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation of $54,000.00 to the Sewer Reserve Fund Account #32003330-500315 for engineering services for the evaluation and design for the upgrade of Pump Station 3 and its Force Main.
- Board of Education 4th quarter Financial Report from the Chief Financial Officer. (Discussion Only)
- Upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve a transfer from unaudited unexpended 2019-2020 operating funds of the Board of Education to the BOE Carryover Account.
- In accordance with C.G.S. Section 10-222a and upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve an appropriation of $10,865.00 to the 2019-2020 Budget, BOE Rentals & Reimbursements Expenditure Account.
