LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 15, 2011, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. GRANTED: 11 Great Marsh Road, Appl. #11-047 by David Korus for property owned by Matthew Kamens, Trustee, for a CAM Special Permit to re-grade property and remove a portion of the retaining wall in a Res AA zone, PID # B03009000.

2. APPROVED: 264 Hillspoint Road, Appl.#11-060 by Kevin Poole for property owned by Hugh and Savanna Ross for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res AA zone, PID #E04012000.

The above items were approved/granted/adopted and are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
