LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 19, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 1510 Post Road East, Appl. #11-064 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Westport Realty, LLC for a Site Plan approval for Outdoor Storage and Display in a GBD zone, PID #H09015000.
2. APPROVED: 14 Canal Road, Appl. #11-065 by Cynthia and John Fitzgerald for property owned by Cynthia Fitzgerald for an approval for Excavation and Fill in a Res A zone, PID #B02058000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
