SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 6:30 p.m. for the following purpose:

 

  1. To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations to 61 Main Street (PID# C10//075/000) submitted by Frederick William Hoag for property owned by 61 Main Street LLC and Ryan Partners located in the Village District Overlay and Business District zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

 

  1. To review and comment on the proposed wayfinding signage submitted by Department of Public Works and Merje for property located in the Village District Overlay (VDO), Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H), Business Center District (BCD), Restricted Office Retail District (RORD2) and Residential A and AA zones.
