 (At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

1. 15 Turkey Hill Road South:  (The following application will be opened and continued to 1/5/12.  No testimony will be taken)  Appl. #11-056 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Turkey Hill Court LLC, for a re-subdivision to create two new building lots in a Res A zone, PID #G09135000.  

2. 11 Great Marsh Road:   Appl. #11-047 by David Korus for property owned by Matthew Kamens, Trustee, for a CAM Special Permit to re-grade property and remove a portion of the retaining wall in a Res AA zone, PID # B03009000.   Applicant’s presentation time:   10 minutes

3. 264 Hillspoint Road:  Appl.#11-060 by Kevin Poole for property owned by Hugh and savanna Ross for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res AA zone, PID #E04012000.   Applicant’s presentation time:  10 minutes
