WESTPORT HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA
The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a special meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, in Town Hall Room 201/201A for the following purposes:
- To act on a Certificate of Appropriateness application dated August 21, 2019 for modifications to a previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness for alterations to the house, garage and driveway at 74 Wright Street located in the Kings Highway Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 16 Ketchum Street and require the full 180-day delay.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 20 Ketchum Street and require the full 180-day delay.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 25 Vani Court and require the full 180-day delay.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 3 Farmer Road and require the full 180-day delay.
- To discuss the Preservation Award Program.
- To approve the minutes of the August 15, 2019 special meeting.
