Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority and in accordance with Chapter 103 of the Connecticut General Statutes, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 4 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall to consider proposed assessments and to determine final assessments to be levied for the construction or acquisition of a sewerage system affecting supplemental sanitary sewer connections approved during 2010. A copy of the proposed assessments is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and is available for inspection by the public.
