WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:

1. Approval of June 5, 2019 Meeting minutes.
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
5. New Business
   1. 26-28 Beachside Avenue – Concrete staircase, at each property, seaward of the existing 450-foot long seawall. The concrete staircase will be supported by 8 helical piles. The proposed project also includes repairing damaged sections of the seawall.
   2. Discussion of overtime patrols by Marine Police
   3. Update on sewage by-pass
6. Other Business
   1. Clambake discussion
