Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1. 26 Morningside Drive South: Appl. #18-025, Discussion and potential approval of a Stipulated Settlement in the case entitled Morningside Drive Homes vs. Westport Planning and Zoning Commission, Docket Number FST-CV-18-603747, for a
three lot subdivision on a property located in the Residence A zone, PID #G08017000.
Comments from the public will be received during the Public Meeting. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave, Monday – Friday, 8:30A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
