WESTPORT HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA REVISION 1**


Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 14, 2019, in Town Hall Room 201/201A for the following purposes: 


I. PUBLIC HEARING  


1. To hear the Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.


2. To approve the minutes of the April 09, 2019 public hearing.


3. **To review and vote on a proposed Settlement Agreement related to pending litigation involving 20 and 26  Morningside Drive South, located in the Morningside Drive Local Historic District:  Morningside Drive Homes, LLC v. Town of Westport Historic District Commission, Docket Numbers FST-CV18-6038533, FST-CV18-6038534 and FST-CV18-6038535.


4. To review and act on a Certificate of Appropriateness application dated April 12, 2019 for the proposed installation of a lawn jockey at 6 Violet Lane located in the Violet Lane Local Historic District. 


5. To review and act on a Certificate of Appropriateness application dated April 29, 2019 for the proposed renovations to the cupola, roofline and porch of the residence at 3 Evergreen Avenue located in the Evergreen Avenue Local Historic District. 


6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 7 Fairport Road and require the full 180-day delay.


7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 18 Fairport Road and require the full 180-day delay.


8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 135 Harbor Road and require the full 180-day delay.


9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 16 Joann Circle and require the full 180-day delay.


10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 131 Beachside Avenue and require the full 180-day delay.


11. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 11 Center Street and require the full 180-day delay.


12. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 90 Old Road and require the full 180-day delay.


13. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 65 Woodside Avenue and require the full 180-day delay.


Please note this agenda may be amended to include possible revisions which will be posted in the Town Clerk’s Office and on the Town Meeting Calendar.
