LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday May 16, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
1. 877 Post Road East: Appl #19-017 by William Achilles for property owned by 877 PRE LLC. for a Special Permit and Site Plan for Change of Use and waiver of three parking spaces for property located in GBD/RES A zone, PID#F09071000.
2. Text Amendment #770: Appl. #19-019 submitted by The Planning and Zoning Commission, to modify §57-7.1 of the Subdivision Regulations to remove ambiguity regarding the intent of language to clarify intersection standards prohibit a future third street or right-of-way from being located where two streets already intersect. A copy of the proposed text amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
3. 45 Turkey Hill Road North: Appl. #19-016 by Zhifeng Yang for a property owned by Zhifeng Yang and Tan Wen for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill activities, located in a Residential AA zone, PID#G1000900.
