Notice is hereby given that at a hearing held on April 25, 2019, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 1 Angora Road: Appl. #18-068A by Juan Martin Fidalgo for property owned by Juan Martin Fidalgo for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill activities, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID# G11078000.
2. GRANTED: 3 Rustic Lane: Appl. #19-013 by Sean Kernan, Hoffman Landscapes for property owned by Suzanne & James Jesse for a special permit and site plan, excavation and fill application for a new retaining wall and grading for a property located in the Residence AAA zone, PID #H07015000.
