CONTINUATION NOTICE
At the Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 2, 2019 the items below will be continued to May 16, 2019 at 7:00 P.M.
1. Text Amendment #762: Appl. #18-082 submitted by P&Z Commission to modify §6.2 to clarify a variance is needed only when proposed change to building or structure increases the degree of non-conformity. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
2. Text Amendment 757A: Appl. #18-070A by Morningside Drive Homes, LLC to create a new zoning district, §19C, Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ), filed as part of an §8-30g application for property at 20 & 26 Morningside Dr. S. This Text Amendment application is proposed in combination with a Map Amendment application to rezone property to proposed §19C, Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ), and in combination with a Site Plan application to develop the property utilizing the proposed Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ) standards. All three applications are considered part of a single Affordable Housing Development proposal submitted pursuant to §8-30g of the Connecticut General Statutes. A copy of the proposed text amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
3. 20 & 26 Morningside Dr S., Map Amendment #758A: Appl. #18-071A submitted by Morningside Drive Homes, LLC to rezone property to proposed §19C, Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ), filed as part of an §8-30g application. This Map Amendment application is proposed in combination with a Text Amendment application to create §19C, Residential – Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ), and in combination with a Site Plan application to develop property utilizing the proposed Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ) standards. All three applications are considered part of a single Affordable Housing Development proposal submitted pursuant to §8-30g of the Connecticut General Statutes. A copy of the proposed map amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office, PID#G0900100, PID#G08017000.
4. 20 & 26 Morningside Dr S., Site Plan: Appl. #18-072 by Morningside Drive Homes, LLC to develop a property with 16 new dwelling units plus a community center per proposed §19C, Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R-MDHOZ), filed as part of an §8-30g application. This Site Plan application is proposed in combination with a Text Amendment application to create a §19C, Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ), and in combination with a Map Amendment application to rezone property to proposed Section 19C, Residential –Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R- MDHOZ). This site plan application is considered part of a single Affordable Housing Development proposal submitted pursuant to §8-30g of the Connecticut General Statutes, PID#G0900100, PID#G08017000.
