LEGAL NOTICE & AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen and Bond Committee of the Town of Westport will hold a special public hearing on Wednesday May 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose:
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a resolution in connection with the sale of $7,600,000 General Obligation Bonds, issue of 2019 dated May 15, 2019 and principal due annually May 15, 2020 through May 15, 2039.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a resolution in connection with the sale of $4,630,000 (subject to change) General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Issue of 2019, Series B.
